Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a batch processing method of silicon nitride ceramic microbeads. Thebatch processing method comprises the following steps: S1, coarse grinding: putting silicon nitride blank beads into a groove between an upper grinding plate and a lower grinding plate, adding a grinding medium for processing, and repeatedly and circularly grinding between the upper grinding plate and the lower grinding plate; S2, fine grinding: adjusting the pressure and the rotating speed between the upper grinding plate and the lower grinding plate, placing the silicon nitride ceramic microbeads obtained in the S1 between the upper grinding plate and the lower grinding plate, and adding a grinding medium for processing and grinding; S3, accurate grinding: selecting the silicon nitride ceramic microbeads without obvious processing defects on the surfaces from the silicon nitride ceramic microbeads obtained in the S2 for processing and grinding; S4, lapping; and S5, super lapping. The batch processing method is efficient, reasonable in design, low in cost, easy and convenient to operate and high in machining efficiency.
