Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the technical field of magnet materials, in particular to a filling device and a filling method for preparing a sheet magnet. The filling device comprises a mold with a plurality of mold cavities, a powder filtering device located above the mold and a powder supply device located above the powder filtering device. A second screen of the powder filtering device correspondsto the mold cavities. The powder supply device reciprocates at a constant speed above a powder filtering space of the powder filtering device so that alloy magnetic powder can enter the powder filtering space after being filtered by a first screen. The powder filtering device reciprocates at a constant speed above a containing space so that the alloy magnetic powder can enter the multiple mold cavities after being filtered by the second screen. By this way, the alloy magnetic powder can be evenly scattered on the second screen and can evenly fall into the different mold cavities from the second screen, the mold cavities are evenly filled with the alloy magnetic powder, the situation that the amount of the magnetic powder filling the different mold cavities is greatly different is avoided,and the performance and consistency of products can be improved.
(ZH) 本发明涉及磁体材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于制备薄片磁体的填充装置及填充方法。本发明的填充装置及填充方法,包括具有多个模穴的模具、位于模具上方的滤粉装置以及位于滤粉装置上方的供粉装置,滤粉装置的第二筛网与多个模穴均对应,供粉装置在滤粉装置的滤粉空间上方做匀速往复运动以将合金磁粉通过第一筛网的过滤后进入滤粉空间,滤粉装置在收容空间上方做匀速往复运动以将合金磁粉通过第二筛网的过滤后进入所述多个模穴,通过上述方式,合金磁粉能够在第二筛网上均匀洒落,并能够从第二筛网上均匀落至不同模穴中,实现了合金磁粉分别在不同模穴中均匀填充,避免不同模穴所填充的磁粉量出现较大差异,有利于提高产品的性能和一致性。
