Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a DC brushless motor rotor position detection method, and belongs to the field of motor control. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a level signal detected bya Hall position sensor connected with the DC brushless motor; when it is detected that the level signals at the current moment and the last moment change, determining that the motor commutation actionoccurs, and the motor enters a phase region (x mod 6) + 1 from a phase region x in the current period, wherein x belongs to {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}; and compensating the duration of the phase region x ofthe rotor in the current period by using the difference between the actual phase region angle of the phase region x of the rotor in the previous period and the ideal phase region angle of 60 degrees to obtain the real commutation information of the motor. In the high-speed operation process of the motor, the motor rotor position signal transmitted back by the Hall sensor can be rapidly and accurately obtained by adopting the method so that the commutation position of the rotor can be rapidly and accurately positioned, and accurate control of the motor in the high-speed working state can be realized.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种直流无刷电机转子位置检测方法,属于电机控制领域。方法包括,检测与直流无刷电机连接的霍尔位置传感器检测到的电平信号;当检测到当前时刻和上一时刻的电平信号发生变化时,认为电机换相动作发生,电机在当前周期从相区x进入相区(x mod 6)+1;x∈{1,2,3,4,5,6};利用转子在上一周期所处相区x实际的相区角度与理想相区角度60°的差值,对转子在当前周期的相区x持续时间进行补偿,得到电机真实的换相信息。电机在高速运行的过程中,采用本发明方法可以快速准确的得到霍尔传感器传回的电机转子位置信号,进而快速准确定位转子的换相位置,实现电机高速工作状态下的精确控制。
