The belt filter comprises a rack, the rack is provided with filter cloth rotating in a reciprocating mode, and a solid-liquid separation area, a salt washing area and a desorption area are sequentially arranged in the advancing direction of the filter cloth, wherein a mixed adsorption mechanism for conveying an adsorbent brine mixture to the solid-liquid separation area is arranged above the solid-liquid separation area, a salt washing liquid conveying mechanism used for conveying saltwashing liquid to the salt washing area is arranged above the salt washing area, a desorption liquid conveying mechanism used for conveying desorption liquid to the desorption area is arranged above the desorption area, and a lithium eluent collecting port is formed below the desorption area. The belt filter is used for extracting lithium from brine through an adsorption method, the cost is low, the lithium eluent with a magnesium-lithium ratio of smaller than 1:1 and a salt-lithium ratio of smaller than 10:1 can be obtained, the lithium recovery rate reaches 70% or above, and the investment and production cost of the subsequent desalting and purifying process are greatly reduced.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种带滤机及其在吸附法卤水提锂中的应用,该带滤机包括机架,所述的机架上设有往复回转运行的滤布,沿滤布前进方向依次设有:固液分离区,所述的固液分离区上方设有用于向固液分离区输送吸附剂卤水混合物的混合吸附机构;洗盐区,所述的洗盐区上方布施有用于向洗盐区输送洗盐液的洗盐液输送机构;解吸区,所述的解吸区上方布施有用于向解吸区输送解吸液的解吸液输送机构,所述的解吸区下方设有锂洗脱液收集口。采用本发明的带滤机进行吸附法卤水提锂,成本低,可以获得镁锂比小于1:1、盐锂比小于10:1的锂洗脱液,锂回收率达到70%以上,大幅降低了后续除盐提纯工艺的投资和生产成本。
