The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) heating a liquid UV resinand an emulsifier, conducting dispersing, adding deionized water while dispersing, and performing emulsifying to obtain an emulsion of the liquid UV resin; (2) melting and dispersing solid UV resin, aphase change agent, the emulsifier and deionized water, adding the emulsion of the liquid UV resin, fully and uniformly mixing the substances by stirring, and performing cooling in the stirring process to obtain a suspension; (3) carrying out filter pressing on the suspension to obtain a filter cake; and (4) drying and grading the filter cake to obtain the multiphase UV curable powder coating resin. Correspondingly, the multiphase structure UV curable powder coating resin is prepared by the method. By the adoption of the method, the performance of liquid UV resin and the performance of powdercoating resin are both achieved, spraying construction can be conducted in a powder coating mode, the utilization rate of the resin is increased, and the environment cannot be affected.
