Abstract
(EN) The invention provides a high-modulus glass fiber composition as well as a glass fiber and a composite material thereof. The contents of the components of the glass fiber composition are shown as follows in percentage by weight: the content of SiO2 is 42-56.8%, the content of Al2O3 is 15.8-24%, the content of MgO is 9.2-18%, the content of CaO is 0.1-6.5%, the content of y2O3 is more than 8% and less than or equal to 20%, the content of TiO2 is 0.01-4%, the content of Fe2O3 is 0.01-1.5%, the content of Na2O is 0.01-1.5%, the content of K2O is 0-1.5%, the content of Li2O is 0-0.7%, the contentof SrO is 0-3%, the content of La2O3 is 0-2.9%, the total content of the components is greater than or equal to 98%, and the weight percentage ratio C1=Y2O3/CaO is greater than or equal to 2.1. The glass fiber composition can significantly improve the modulus of glass fibers, significantly reduce the glass clarification temperature and the glass bubble rate, significantly improve the cooling effect of the glass fibers, and effectively reduce the crystallization rate of the glass, and is suitable for large-scale production of high-modulus glass fibers.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种高模量玻璃纤维组合物及其玻璃纤维和复合材料。其中,玻璃纤维组合物各组分的含量以重量百分比表示如下:SiO2为42‑56.8%,Al2O3为15.8‑24%,MgO为9.2‑18%,CaO为0.1‑6.5%,Y2O3为>8%且≤20%,TiO2为0.01‑4%,Fe2O3为0.01‑1.5%,Na2O为0.01‑1.5%,K2O为0‑1.5%,Li2O为0‑0.7%,SrO为0‑3%,La2O3为0‑2.9%,并且上述组分的合计含量大于等于98%,重量百分比的比值C1=Y2O3/CaO的范围为大于等于2.1。该玻璃纤维组合物能显著提高玻璃纤维模量,显著降低玻璃澄清温度及玻璃气泡率,还能显著改善玻璃纤维的冷却效果,并能有效降低玻璃析晶速率,适合用于规模化生产高模量玻璃纤维。
