Abstract
(EN) A blood detection method for reducing hematocrit value interference, and a biosensor are used for detecting the concentration of a target analyte in a to-be-detected blood sample. The detection methodcomprises the following steps: 1, contacting the to-be-detected blood sample with an enzyme electrode to make the target analyte in the to-be-detected blood sample chemically react with a biologicalrecognition enzyme, wherein the target analyte is blood glucose, uric acid or blood ketone; 2, applying a voltage to the enzyme electrode to obtain a response current of the target analyte, starting timing, sequentially selecting five time points, and obtaining corresponding current values; and 3, substituting the five current values It1, It2, It3, It4 and It5 obtained in step 2 into a calculationformula, and calculating the concentration of the target analyte. The technical problems that in the prior art, no method suitable for reducing the hematocrit value interference on blood glucose, uric acid and blood ketone concentration results exists, an existing method is complex, time-consuming and high in cost, new interference factors can be introduced, and consequently measurement results are inaccurate are solved.
(ZH) 一种降低红细胞比容干扰的血液检测方法及生物传感器,用于测定待测血样中目标分析物的浓度,检测方法包括以下步骤:步骤一.将待测血样与酶电极接触,待测血样中的目标分析物与生物识别酶发生化学反应;其中,目标分析物为血糖、尿酸或者血酮;步骤二.对酶电极施加电压,得到目标分析物的响应电流,并开始计时,再依次选取五个时间点,获取对应的电流值;步骤三.将步骤二获取的五个电流值It1、It2、It3、It4、It5带入计算公式计算目标分析物的浓度,解决现有技术没有同时适用于降低红细胞比容对血糖、尿酸和血酮浓度结果干扰的方法,现有方法较为复杂耗时、成本高、会引入新的干扰因素导致测量结果不准的技术问题。
