(EN) The invention provides a method and system for picking up points on an aorta center line based on a CT sequence image, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the layered slicing from the toplayer of a CT image, and obtaining a two-dimensional image group; performing binarization processing on the two-dimensional image group to obtain a binarized image group; obtaining N < = N threshold1, R = R threshold 1 +/-m from each layer of slice in the binarized image group, if N represents the number of pixel points, detecting one circle in the kth layer of slice, and taking the circle center of the circle as the circle center P5k and the radius of the circle corresponding to the circle center P5k as Rk. The method for picking up the points on the aorta center line based on the CT sequence images is a new method for obtaining the points on the aorta center line, and has the advantages of being rapid and accurate in extraction and high in calculation speed.
