Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a hydrochloric acid waste liquor regeneration method based on a fluidized bed method. The method includes the steps that hydrochloric acid waste liquor enters a Venturi pre-concentrator for concentration; concentration waste liquor is conveyed into a fluidized bed reaction furnace for reaction, and ferric oxide and high-temperature flue gas are generated; the high-temperature flue gas is subjected to waste heat utilization after being subjected to coarse dust removal, and the temperature of the flue gas is reduced to 420-550 DEG C; the flue gas obtained after waste heat utilization is conveyed into the Venturi pre-concentrator to exchange heat with the hydrochloric acid waste liquor, and the concentration waste liquor is obtained; and the outlet flue gas of the Venturi pre-concentrator is subjected to HCl recovery, and regenerated acid is obtained. The invention further correspondingly provides a hydrochloric acid waste liquor regeneration system based on the fluidized bed method. As the outlet high-temperature flue gas of the fluidized bed reaction furnace enters the Venturi pre-concentrator after being subjected to waste heat utilization, waste heat of the high-temperature flue gas can be fully utilized; and the temperature of the inlet flue gas of the Venturi pre-concentrator is controlled within a reasonable range, the traditional operation that newwater or rinse water is added into the Venturi pre-concentrator can be omitted, and the energy consumption needed for regenerating the hydrochloric acid waste liquor is effectively reduced.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种基于流化床法的盐酸废液再生方法,包括:盐酸废液进入文丘里预浓缩器中进行浓缩;浓缩废液送入流化床反应炉中进行反应,生成氧化铁和高温烟气;高温烟气经粗除尘后进行余热利用,使烟气温度降低至420~550℃;经余热利用后的烟气送入文丘里预浓缩器中与盐酸废液换热,以便得到浓缩废液;文丘里预浓缩器出口烟气进行HCl的回收,得到再生酸。对应还提供一种基于流化床法的盐酸废液再生系统。通过对流化床反应炉的出口高温烟气进行余热利用后再进入文丘里预浓缩器,可充分地利用高温烟气余热;将文丘里预浓缩器的入口烟气温度控制在合理范围内,可取消传统的向文丘里预浓缩器添加新水或漂洗水的操作,有效地降低盐酸废液再生所需能耗。
