(EN) The invention discloses electronic equipment, and a heat dissipation control method and a heat dissipation control device of a camera module, the disclosed electronic equipment comprises a sound production device and the camera module, the sound production device comprises a sound production body and a first shell, the first shell is provided with a first accommodating cavity, and the sound production body is arranged in the first accommodating cavity; the camera module comprises a camera body and a second shell, the second shell is provided with a second accommodating cavity, and the camera body is arranged in the second accommodating cavity; and the first accommodating cavity is communicated with the second accommodating cavity through the airflow channel, and the sounding body can driveair in the second accommodating cavity to flow through the airflow channel under the condition that the sounding device vibrates. According to the scheme, the problem of poor heat dissipation performance of the camera module can be solved.
