The lower plastic part comprises a first plastic part (1) for separatinga battery cell (9) from a top cover plate (8) and a second plastic part (2) which is connected with the first plastic part (1), wherein the lower plastic part has an installation state and a pre-installation state, and when the lower plastic part is in the installation state, the second plastic part (2) moves to the same-direction position of the first plastic part (1). According to the invention, the assembly steps can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the overall size error can be reduced, and the overall assembly effect of the battery is improved. In addition, the invention also discloses a top cover assembly structure and the power battery.
