Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a wind-water linkage slurry making system for a thickener and a damaged nozzle positioning method based on the system. Three groups of annular pipes are mounted at different height positions on the barrel wall of a conical barrel section, and each group of annular pipes comprises an annular water pipe and an annular wind pipe; the annular pipes are correspondingly connectedwith wind-water linkage slurry making nozzles; the water inlet ends of the annular water pipes are connected with a water supply main pipe through water supply branch pipes; the wind inlet ends of the annular wind pipes are connected with a wind supply main pipe through wind supply branch pipes, and the tail ends of the annular water pipes are connected with a drainage main water pipe through valves; and a detection branch pipe is arranged between the same group of the water supply branch pipe and the wind supply branch pipe. The bin bottom tailings can be activated more effectively, the slurry making concentration and the flow stability are improved, the damaged slurry making nozzles can be quickly and accurately positioned, and the overhaul efficiency is improved.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种浓密机风水联动造浆系统及基于该系统的损坏喷嘴定位方法,在锥筒段的筒壁上不同高度位置安装有三组环形管,环形管包括一条环形水管和一条环形风管;环形管对应连接风水联动造浆喷嘴;环形水管进水端通过供水支管连接供水总管;环形风管进风端通过供风支管连接供风总管,环形水管末端通过阀门排放总水管;同一组供水支管和供风支管之间具有检测支管。更加有效地对仓底尾砂进行活化,提升了造浆浓度、流量的稳定性;能够快速、精准定位损坏的造浆喷嘴,提高检修效率。
