Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a sheath flow liquid path system and a control method. A sheath fluid injector is controllably connected with sheath fluid, a sheath fluid inlet and a reaction tank, the sheathliquid is directly injected into the reaction tank and a flowing chamber through a first liquid path control device during sample cleaning, the sheath fluid for cleaning does not contain the sample,the liquid pump is adopted to provide negative pressure suction force, enough power is provided for the sheath fluid for cleaning, the sheath fluid sequentially passes through a sample conveying pipeline and a sample injector and then is discharged out of the sheath fluid path system, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect of the sheath fluid path system are improved.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种鞘流液路系统及控制方法,由于鞘液注射器可控制地与鞘液、鞘液入口和反应池连接,在清洗样本时,通过第一液路控制装置使得鞘液直接注入反应池和流动室中,使得用于清洗的鞘液中不含有样本,并采用液泵提供负压吸力,为用于清洗的鞘液提供足够的动力,使得其依次经过样本传输管道和样本注射器后排出鞘流液路系统,提高了鞘流液路系统的清洗效率和洁净效果。
