Abstract
(EN) The embodiment of the invention provides a 3D printing laser processing device based on digital light processing. The 3D printing laser processing device based on digital light processing includes a first light source integration part, a micromirror unit, a second light source integration part and a light source integration part, wherein the first light source integration part is used for providing a first light source; the micromirror unit comprises a plurality of micro-lenses and used for reflecting the light of the first light source under the condition that the reflection angle of each micro-lens is controllable; the second light source integration part is used for providing a second light source; and the light source integration part is used for integrating the light, reflected by themicromirror units, of the first light source and the second light source, and the integrated light is used for 3D printing. The laser processing device can treat different materials, including printing of metal and nonmetal. The laser processing device can greatly increase the printing speed of metal or nonmetal materials, can also greatly promote the precision, and has great market development prospects as novel laser processing equipment.
