Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a double-optical-path spectrophotometer and a color measuring method. The spectrophotometer comprises an integrating sphere; a light source which is matched with a light through hole of the integrating sphere; and a sensor which is matched with a measuring port and a detection hole of the integrating sphere. A second shutter, a semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting device and a lens are arranged between the detection hole and the sensor in a matched mode, and a light guide device and a first shutter are arranged between a light guide hole formed in the integrating sphere and the semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting device in a matched mode. The color measuring method comprises the following steps: S1, closing the first shutter, opening the second shutter, and enabling the light, reflected by the measuring opening, on the surface of a measured object to enter the sensor through the penetrating face of the semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting device and the lensmatched with the semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting device; S2, opening the first shutter, closing the second shutter, enabling the reflected light on the inner surface of the integrating sphere to enter the sensor through the reflecting surface of the semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting device, and enabling the sensor to measure a spectral reflection signal of the light source; and S3, calculating a final sampling signal.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种双光路分光测色仪及测色方法,测色仪包括积分球,与积分球的通光孔配合设置的光源,以及与积分球的测量口、探测孔配合设置的传感器,探测孔与传感器之间配合设置有第二快门、半反半透装置和透镜,积分球上开设的导光孔与半反半透装置之间配合设置有导光装置和第一快门;测色方法包括S1、第一快门关闭,第二快门打开,测量口处反射的被测物体表面的光线经半反半透装置的穿透面及与半反半透装置配合设置的透镜进入传感器,传感器测量到物体表面的光谱反射信号,S2、第一快门打开,第二快门关闭,积分球内表面的反射光线经半反半透装置的反射面进入传感器,传感器测量到光源的光谱反射信号,S3、计算最终的采样信号。
