(EN) The invention relates to a magnetic guide structure of a moving coil, a vibrating table with the magnetic guide structure and an adjusting method. The magnetic guide structure comprises an armature and an electromagnetic coil matched with the armature, the electromagnetic coil is electrified to form a magnetic field, and a gap is formed between the electromagnetic coil and the armature. The adjusting method comprises the steps that S1, position collection is conducted, specifically, the distance between the moving coil and a cylinder body is collected through a displacement sensor and fed backto a controller; S2, signal processing is conducted, specifically, the controller compares acquired distance signals in multiple directions and calculates the difference in each direction, and the controller calculates the magnitude of the current in the electromagnetic coil in each direction according to the difference; and S3, position adjustment is conducted, specifically, the controller outputs a current value to the electromagnetic coil to adjust the position of the moving coil to enable the moving coil to be located in the center. The problem of large low-frequency distortion of the moving coil of the vibrating table is solved, meanwhile, the problems of large abrasion and large loss of a moving coil guide part can be reduced, and the problem that the guide part has resonance abnormal sound at low frequency in use can also be solved.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种动圈的磁性导向结构、具有其的振动台及调整方法,包括衔铁以及与衔铁配合的电磁线圈,在所述的电磁线圈内通电形成磁场,所述的电磁线圈与衔铁之间形成间隙;调整方法为,S1、位置采集,通过位移传感器采集动圈与缸体之间的距离并反馈至控制器;S2、信号处理,控制器将采集到的多个方向上的距离信号之间进行对比并计算得出在各个方向上的差值,控制器根据差值计算得出各个方向上的电磁线圈内电流大小;S3、位置调整,控制器输出电流值至电磁线圈调整动圈的位置使动圈位于中心位置。解决振动台动圈低频失真大的问题,同时也可以降低动圈导向部件磨损大、损耗大的问题,还可以解决导向部件在使用中低频有共振异响的问题。
