(EN) A frequency adjuster and a frequency adjustment method therefor, and an electronic device. The frequency adjuster (10) comprises: a signal processing circuit (11) configured to generate a frequency control word (F) according to a frequency adjustment coefficient and an input frequency (fi); and a frequency adjustment circuit (12) configured to receive the frequency control word (F), generate an output signal (Sout) having a target frequency (fo) according to the frequency control word (F), and output same. The frequency adjustment coefficient is an arbitrary positive real number and is represented as M.m, M being the integral part of the frequency adjustment coefficient and being a natural number, and m being the fractional part of the frequency adjustment coefficient.
