The method comprises: according to a first-type candidate block acquisition sequence, acquiring a motion vector candidate list of motion vectors of a first type of candidate block of a current block added under a first predictive mode, the first predictive mode performing intra-frame prediction on acurrent block on the basis of motion information of a current intra-frame encoded block, and a first-type candidate block first acquired being an adjacent block in a current frame above the current block; according to the motion vector candidate list of the current block, performing prediction for the current block.
