The invention discloses a COVID-19 disease progression evaluation method and device based on chest CT. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out subjective scoring and manual focus sketching of a chest CT image of a COVID-19 patient, and constructing a COVID-19 disease progression CT image data set; preprocessing the chest CT image of the COVID-19 patient, the preprocessing includingautomatic lung segmentation, longitudinal registration and slice fusion, and multiplying the fused slice image by the drawn focus image to obtain a fused focus image; carrying out variance measurementand Chebyshev moment energy measurement of the gradient image on the fused lesion image to obtain a variance measurement value and a Chebyshev moment energy measurement value; normalizing the variance measurement value into the Chebyshev moment energy measurement value of the gradient image to obtain a disease progress objective score; and carrying out consistency measurement on the subjective score of the imaging doctor and the objective score of disease progression. According to the method, the disease progression can be automatically evaluated according to the chest CT of the COVID-19 patient, and the evaluation result has good consistency with the score of a radiologist.

本发明公开了一种基于胸部CT的COVID‑19疾病进展评价方法及装置,对COVID‑19患者的胸部CT图像进行主观评分和手工病灶勾画,构建COVID‑19疾病进展CT图像数据集;对COVID‑19患者胸部CT图像进行预处理,预处理包括肺部自动分割、纵向配准和切片融合,并将融合后的切片图像与勾画的病灶图像进行相乘,获得融合后的病灶图像;对融合后的病灶图像分别进行方差测量和梯度图像的切比雪夫矩能量测量,得到方差测量值和切比雪夫矩能量测量值;将方差测量值归一化梯度图像的切比雪夫矩能量测量值,得到疾病进展客观分数;将影像科医生的主观分数和疾病进展客观分数进行一致性测量。本发明可以根据COVID‑19患者胸部CT自动评价疾病进展,评价结果与放射科医生的评分具有很好的一致性。
