Abstract
(EN) The embodiment of the invention provides a sleeve assembly, a cover plate assembly, a battery and an electric device. The sleeve assembly is used for sealing a through hole. The sleeve assembly comprises a sleeve comprising a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, and the first end is provided with an opening; the sleeve assembly further comprises a rivet body which comprises abody part; the size of the body part is larger than the diameter of the sleeve; and the body part is used for being inserted into the sleeve from the opening and extruding the inner wall of the sleeveafter the sleeve is inserted into the through hole in the axial direction so that a protrusion used for riveting the sleeve to the through hole can be formed on the outer wall of the sleeve. When thesleeve assembly is used for sealing the through hole, the sleeve assembly can be riveted to the through hole only by sequentially inserting the sleeve into the through hole and inserting the body part into the sleeve, and sealing of the through hole is completed. The sealing process of the through hole can be simplified, and the sealing efficiency of the through hole is improved. Chippings are not easily generated in the sealing process, and the safety performance of sealing is improved.
(ZH) 本发明申请实施例提供一种套筒组件、盖板组件、电池及用电装置,套筒组件用于密封通孔,套筒组件包括:套筒,包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,第一端具有开口;钉体,包括本体部,本体部尺寸大于套筒的筒径尺寸,本体部用于在套筒沿轴向插入通孔后,能由开口插入套筒并挤压套筒内壁,以在套筒外壁形成用于将套筒铆接于通孔的凸起。在使用本发明申请实施例的套筒组件密封通孔时,只需依次将套筒插入通孔,本体部插入套筒即可将套筒组件铆接于通孔,完成通孔的密封。能够简化通孔的密封工序,提高通孔的密封效率。且在密封过程中不易产生碎屑,提高密封的安全性能。
