The invention discloses a torsion-adjustable clamp and belongs to a manual clamp. When the existing manual clamp is used, the clamping force is difficultly determined, so that the clamping blindness is caused, and the purpose of accurately clamping is difficultly realized. According to the torsion-adjustable clamp, a screw drives a first clamping body used for clamping an object to move; the screwrealizes axial movement through thread transmission; a torsion-adjustable handle is assembled at the rear end of the screw; the maximum clamping force is adjusted through the torsion-adjustable handle; after the maximum clamping force is achieved, if torsion continues to be applied to the screw through the handle, slipping occurs, and greater clamping force cannot be applied any more, accurate clamping is achieved, and the situation that the clamped object is damaged due to excessively great torsion is avoided.

本发明公开了一种可调扭力夹具,属于手动夹具,现有手动夹具在使用时难以确定夹紧力大小,造成夹紧的盲目性,难以准确实现夹紧目的,本发明由螺杆带着用于夹紧物体的第一夹持体移动,螺杆通过螺纹传动实现其轴向移动,螺杆的后端装配一可调扭力手柄,通过可调扭力手柄调节最大夹紧力,达到最大夹紧力后若通过手柄继续对螺杆施加扭力则会打滑,不能再施加更大的夹紧力,实现精准夹紧,避免扭力过大损伤被夹持物体。
