The invention discloses a high-corrosion-resistance composite steel plate for ship, and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-corrosion-resistance composite steel plate is of a four-layer structure, wherein the middle two layers are made of two-phase stainless steel, the upper and lower layers are made of carbon steel, the two-phase stainless steel comprises, by weight, less than or equal to 0.03% of C, less than or equal to 2.00% of Mn, less than or equal to 1.00% of Si, 21.0-23.0% of Cr, 4.5-6.5% of Ni, 2.5-3.5% of Mo, 0.08-0.20% of N and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, and thecarbon steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: less than or equal to 0.18% of C, less than or equal to 0.50% of Si, 0.90-1.60% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.020% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.025% of S, smaller than or equal to 0.035% of Cu, smaller than or equal to 0.20% of Cr, smaller than or equal to 0.40% of Ni, 0.02%-0.05% of Nb, smaller than or equal to 0.02% ofTi, smaller than or equal to 0.08% of Mo, larger than or equal to 0.015% of Als, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to the invention, a double-barrier vacuum assembly method is adopted for producing a rolled composite board, so that structural weight reduction is achieved while good structural strength and excellent corrosion resistance are obtained.

一种高耐蚀船用复合钢板及其制造方法,该高耐蚀复合钢板为四层结构,其中,中间两层为双相不锈钢,上下两层为碳钢;双相不锈钢的成分重量百分比为:C≤0.03%,Mn≤2.00%,Si≤1.00%,Cr 21.0‑23.0%,Ni 4.5‑6.5%,Mo 2.5‑3.5%,N 0.08‑0.20%,余Fe及不可避免杂质;碳钢的成分重量百分比为:C≤0.18%,Si≤0.50%,Mn 0.90‑1.60%,P≤0.020%,S≤0.025%,Cu≤0.035%,Cr≤0.20%,Ni≤0.40%,Nb:0.02~0.05%,Ti≤0.02%,Mo≤0.08%,Als≥0.015%,余Fe及不可避免杂质。本发明采用双屏障真空组坯法进行轧制复合板的生产,在获得良好的结构强度与优异的耐蚀性能同时实现结构减重。
