Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and relates to a COVID-19 vaccine, preparation methods and applications. A dominant antigen (RBD) epitope of the COVID-19 vaccine is obtained by screening, and in order to improve the immunogenicity of the antigen, the antigen is connected to immunoglobulin to prepare an RBD-Fc fusion protein. The fusion protein provided by the invention can be used to develop the COVID-19 protein vaccine and a drug for preventing or treating the COVID-19.
(ZH) 本发明涉及生物医学领域，涉及新型冠状病毒COVID‑19疫苗、制备方法及其应用。本发明经筛选获得了新型冠状病毒COVID‑19疫苗的优势抗原(RBD)表位，为了提高该抗原的免疫源性，将其与免疫球蛋白连接制备成RBD‑Fc融合蛋白，本发明的融合蛋白可用于开发新型冠状病毒COVID‑19的蛋白疫苗以及预防或治疗新型冠状病毒COVID‑19的药物。
