The invention discloses a battery heating system and method, and relates to the field of batteries. The battery heating system comprises: a temperature sampling module used for collecting a target sampling temperature; a control module used for controlling a heating module to enter a first heating mode when the target sampling temperature is not lower than a preset expected heating temperature; and the heating module used for entering the first heating mode and carrying out interval heating on a battery module set by utilizing the electric energy output by the first part of an external charging device, so that the target sampling temperature is kept at a preset expected heating temperature. The utilization rate of battery capacity can be improved.

本发明公开了一种电池加热系统和方法,涉及电池领域。该电池加热系统包括:温度采样模块,用于采集目标采样温度;控制模块,用于当目标采样温度不小于预设预期加热温度时,控制加热模块进入第一加热模式;加热模块,用于进入第一加热模式,利用外接充电装置的第一部分输出电能对电池模组集合进行间隔性加热,以使目标采样温度保持于预设预期加热温度。能够提高电池容量的利用率。
