本发明公开了一种电池加热系统和方法,涉及电池领域。该电池加热系统包括:温度采样模块,用于采集目标采样温度;控制模块,用于当目标采样温度不小于预设预期加热温度时,控制加热模块进入第一加热模式;加热模块,用于进入第一加热模式,利用外接充电装置的第一部分输出电能对电池模组集合进行间隔性加热,以使目标采样温度保持于预设预期加热温度。能够提高电池容量的利用率。
