The invention provides a display device, a display panel of the display device, and an OLED array substrate. The OLED array substrate comprises a display area, the display area comprises a non-transparent display area and a transparent display area, the non-transparent display area comprises first OLED pixels distributed in an array manner, the driving mode of the lines of first OLED pixels adoptsthe driving mode, the driving of the first OLED pixels corresponds to part of data signal channels of a display drive chip, the transparent display area comprises second OLED pixels in one row and aplurality of lines, each line of second OLED pixels comprises a first electrode extending along the line direction, the driving mode of the lines of second OLED pixels is the passive mode, the drivingof the lines of second OLED pixels corresponds to the other part of the data signal channels of the same display driving chip, and the data of all the data signal channels of the display drive chip corresponds to one frame of picture of the display panel. The technical scheme has the advantage that by utilizing the correlation of the data signal channels in the display drive chip, the picture consistence and driving synchronization are realized.

本发明提供了一种显示装置及其显示面板、OLED阵列基板,OLED阵列基板包括显示区,显示区包括:非透明显示区以及透明显示区;非透明显示区包括阵列式排布的第一OLED像素,各列第一OLED像素的驱动方式为主动式,各个第一OLED像素的驱动对应显示驱动芯片的数据信号通道中的部分数目;透明显示区包括一行、若干列的第二OLED像素,每列第二OLED像素包括沿列方向延伸的第一电极;各列第二OLED像素的驱动方式为被动式,各列第二OLED像素的驱动对应同一显示驱动芯片的另外部分数目数据信号通道;显示驱动芯片的所有数据信号通道的数据对应显示面板的一帧画面。好处在于:利用显示驱动芯片中的各数据信号通道关联,实现画面一致、驱动同步。
