The invention discloses an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises an active layer, a first gate electrode, a first interlayer dielectric layer, a second interlayer dielectric layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a passivation layer and a flat layer. The passivation layer material is an inorganic material, and the second interlayer dielectric layer is an organicmaterial. In addition, the array substrate is provided with a first deep hole and a second deep hole, and a second interlayer dielectric layer fills in the first deep hole and the second deep hole.The array substrate can reduce the bending stress of each film layer and improve the bending resistance of the display device by arranging the deep holes and filling the second interlayer dielectric layer in the deep holes; and the inorganic passivation layer is arranged between the second interlayer dielectric layer and the flat layer to increase the adhesion between the film layers and prevent thefilm layer from peeling.

本发明公开了一种阵列基板和显示面板,所述阵列基板包括有源层、第一栅极、第一层间介电层、第二层间介电层、源极、漏极、钝化层以及平坦层,其中所述钝化层材料为无机材料,所述第二层间介电层为有机材料;此外,所述阵列基板具有第一深孔和第二深孔,并且在第一深孔和第二深孔中填充第二层间介电层;本发明所述阵列基板通过设置深孔并在深孔中填充第二层间介电层,能减少各膜层的弯折应力,提高显示器件的抗弯折能力;通过在所述第二层间介电层和所述平坦层中间设置一无机钝化层,增加膜层之间的粘附力,防止膜层peeling。
