The invention relates to the field of downhole tools for petroleum and natural gas, in particular to a damping device. The damping device comprises a first mandrel, a first rotary device, a second rotary device, a second mandrel, a first movement device, a second movement device and a first outer cylinder. The first rotary device is connected with the first mandrel, the second rotary device is connected with the first rotary device, the second mandrel is connected with the first movement device, and the first movement device and the second movement device are connected with the first outer cylinder. When the pressure in a water hole of a drilling column is increased, the first movement device and the second movement device make linear motion along the axis of the first mandrel, when the first rotary device makes linear motion, rotary motion is generated, and then the second rotary device is driven to rotate; when the pressure in the water hole of the drilling column is reduced, an elastic device is pushed reversely, the first rotary device and the second rotary device rotate reversely, then axial and circumferential two-way vibration is generated, the friction between the drillingcolumn and the well wall can be greatly reduced, the backing pressure problem of well drilling can be effectively solved, besides, stick slip and jamming of drilling tools can be effectively inhibited, and thus the purposes of improving the drilling efficiency and guaranteeing the safety of the drilling column are achieved.

本发明涉及石油天然气井下工具领域,具体涉及一种减阻装置,包括第一芯轴、第一旋转装置、第二旋转装置、第二芯轴、第一运动装置、第二运动装置、第一外筒体,第一旋转装置与第一芯轴连接,第二旋转装置与第一旋转装置连接,第二芯轴与第一运动装置连接,第一运动装置与第一外筒体连接,第二运动装置与第一外筒体连接。当钻柱水眼内的压力增加时,第一运动装置和第二运动装置沿第一芯轴轴线直线运动,第一旋转装置在直线运动时产生旋转运动,带动第二旋转装置旋转;当钻柱水眼内的压力减小时,弹性装置反推,第一旋转装置和第二旋转装置反向旋转,产生轴向和周向的双向振动,可大大降低钻柱与井壁之间的摩阻,不但能有效解决钻井托压问题,同时还能有效抑制粘滑卡钻,从而达到提高钻井效率,保障钻柱安全的目的。
