A mesoporous guide film is arranged on a surface of an alignment layer, mesopores which are uniformly distributed on the mesoporous guide film and have the same inclination angle are utilized, liquid crystal molecules are inclined along the mesopores under the action of external voltage, the liquid crystal molecules stand in pore channels of the mesopores such that the problem that the reliability of the display device is easy to occur when stable alignment is realized is solved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the product yield is improved, and the process time is shortened.

本发明提供一种显示面板及其制备方法、显示装置,通过在配向层表面设置介孔导向膜,利用所述介孔导向膜上分布均匀的具有相同倾角的介孔,使液晶分子在外加电压的作用下沿所述介孔倾斜,站立于所述介孔的孔道中,以改善显示装置在实现稳定配向时易出现信赖性的问题,降低了制造成本,提高了产品良率,且缩短了制程时间。
