The invention provides a spring combination filled with a catalyst for a tubular fixed bed reactor, wherein the spring combination comprises a first spring, a second spring and a third spring, the first spring, the second spring and the third spring are sequentially arranged in a tubular fixed bed reactor, the first spring is arranged at the junction of a reaction section and a quenching section in the tubular reactor, the second spring is filled with an inert medium, and the third spring is fixed at one end, close to the ground, of the tubular reactor. According to the invention, the whole spring forms a highly coupled organic combination body in the tubular reactor from bottom to top; and when the spring combination is used, reaction gas continuously passes through the catalyst bed layer, the first spring with no medium filling, the second spring loading the inert medium and the third spring with no medium filling from the top of the tubular reactor along with the continuous operation of the production device.

本发明提供一种装填列管式固定床反应器用催化剂的弹簧组合,其中,所述弹簧组合包括依次设置在列管式固定床反应器中的第一弹簧,第二弹簧和第三弹簧;所述第一弹簧设置在列管式反应器中反应段与急冷段交界处,所述第二弹簧内装入惰性介质,所述第三弹簧固定于列管式反应器靠近地面的一端。整个弹簧在列管式反应器内部自下而上形成高度耦合的有机组合体。所述弹簧组合在使用时,随着生产装置的连续运行,反应气体从列管式反应器顶部不断地通过催化剂床层、无任何介质填充的第一弹簧簧、载有惰性介质的第二弹簧及无任何介质填充的第三弹簧。
