The invention discloses a processing system of a copper net used for a main-grid-free battery piece, a processing method and an application method and relates to the photovoltaic technology field. Theinvention provides the brand-new processing method of the copper net. A copper wire interweaving structure is formed through a wire drawing module. The copper wire interweaving structure is further processed into the required copper net by pressing and welding an upper die and a lower die. A copper wire guide groove in the lower die can prevent copper wires from misplacing or relatively deviating. The copper net processed by the method provided in the invention does not need a bottom lining, and problems of high processing difficulty and poor welding caused by the bottom lining are avoided while the copper net is suitable for low cost and high efficiency of a final product. Processing and transportation expenses of suppliers can be saved, production efficiency is improved, and material cost of the bottom lining is reduced.

本发明公开了一种无主栅电池片用铜网的加工系统、加工方法及应用方法,涉及光伏技术领域,本申请提供了一种全新的铜网的加工方法,通过拉丝模组形成铜丝交织结构,利用上下模具压合焊接将铜丝交织结构进一步加工成所需的铜网,下模具上的铜丝导向槽可以防止铜丝之间发生错位或相对偏移,本申请提供的方法加工得到的铜网无需底衬,在能够适合最终产品低成本及高效率的同时,避免了底衬导致的加工难度高、焊接不良的问题,可以节省供应商加工、运输费用,提高生产效率,减少底衬材料成本。
