The invention relates to a multifunctional test bed for a power dividing type hydraulic mechanical composite transmission system, and an application of the test bed. The test bed comprises a platformand a control system, wherein an alternating current servo motor, a flow dividing mechanism, a tested hydraulic transmission unit, a flow combination mechanism and a hydraulic loading system are arranged on the platform; and the control system comprises an industrial control computer, a PLC, a D/A module of an input end PLC, a D/A module of an output end PLC, a signal collection unit, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a speed regulation controller, a loading system controller and a servo motor controller. Compared with a traditional test bed, the performance test of the hydraulic transmissionunit of the hydraulic mechanical composite transmission system can be simply and reliably carried out by adopting the test bed, so that a lot of test time and costs are saved, and the performance testof the tested hydraulic transmission unit, the ratio test of mechanical and hydraulic power flow and the stable performance test of band switching are realized.

本发明涉及一种功率分流式液压机械复合传动系统多功能测试试验台及其应用,该试验台包括平台和控制系统;平台上设置有交流伺服电动机、分流机构、被测试的液压传动单元、汇流机构、液压加载系统;控制系统包括工业控制计算机、PLC、输入端PLC的D/A模块、输出端PLC的D/A模块、信号采集单元、压力传感器、流量传感器、调速控制器、加载系统控制器、伺服电机控制器;与传统的试验台相比,采用本试验台可以简便可靠的进行液压机械复合传动系统液压传动单元的性能测试,节省大量的试验时间和成本,实现被测试的液压传动单元的性能测试、机械和液压功率流的比例测试及换段平稳性能测试。
