Abstract
(EN) Provided is a heat retention means for a cylinder bore wall, characterized in that: the heat retention means includes a bore wall heat retention part which is installed on each bore wall of each cylinder bore, and a support part to which the bore wall heat retention part is fixed and which has a shape that conforms to the shape of a grooved cooling water flow path at the installation position of the heat retention means; each bore wall heat retention part comprises a rubber member, a back surface pressing member, and an elastic member; a cooling water passage port for allowing cooling water onthe back surface side of a support part bore space to pass through to the inside is formed at at least one location on the upper part of the support part; the support part has a guide wall in the vicinity of the cooling water passage port, and has an inclined wall on the back surface side of support part bore spaces; and, in each bore wall heat retention part, only the center or near center in the arc direction is fixed to the support section. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a heat retention tool which is in intimate contact with the side wall of the groove-shaped cooling water flow path on the cylinder bore side, can selectively thermally insulate a zone where heat retention is necessary, and has high cooling efficiency at the boundary of the bore wall of each cylinder bore and in the upper part in the vicinity thereof.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种缸孔壁的保温用具,其特征在于,具有:各孔壁保温部,其设置于每个各缸孔的孔壁;以及支承部,其具有与该槽状冷却水流路的该保温用具的设置位置处的形状匹配的形状,该各孔壁保温部固定于该支承部,各孔壁保温部包括橡胶构件、背面按压构件以及弹性构件,在支承部孔间部上部的至少一处形成有用于供该支承部的背面侧的冷却水通向内侧的冷却水通过口,该支承部在该冷却水通过口附近具有引导壁,在支承部各孔部的背面侧具有倾斜壁,该各孔壁保温部只是圆弧方向的中央或中央附近的部分固定于该支承部。根据本发明,能够提供如下一种保温用具,即,相对于槽状冷却水流路的缸孔侧的壁面的贴合性较高,能够选择性地对需要保温的部位进行保温,且各缸孔的孔壁的交界及其附近的上部的冷却效率较高。
