This vibration-damping device (1) is equipped with an outer tube (11), an inside member (12), an elastic body (13), a partition member (17), an intermediate tube (31), and a delimiting member (32). The elastic body couples the outer tube and the inside member. The partition member partitions a liquid chamber (14) inside the outer tube into a main liquid chamber (15) and an auxiliary liquid chamber(16). An orifice passage (21) is formed in the partition member. The intermediate tube (31) is arranged between the outer tube and the inside member, and is coupled to the elastic body. The delimiting member is coupled to the intermediate tube, and partitions the main liquid chamber into a first main liquid chamber (15a) and a second main liquid chamber (15b). A housing chamber (37), first connecting holes (37a), and second connecting holes (37b) are formed in the delimiting member. A movable member (36), which is displaced or deformed in response to a pressure difference between the first main liquid chamber and the second main liquid chamber, is housed inside the housing chamber.
