Abstract
(EN)
A method for producing a separation membrane in which: a zeolite film is formed on an inorganic oxide porous substrate; and the main component of a zeolite formation part of the substrate is amorphousSiO2. This method for producing a separation membrane comprises: a first step wherein a seed crystal of zeolite and an alkali component containing a structure-directing agent are formed on the surface of the substrate; and a second step wherein a formed body obtained in the first step is processed in a heated water vapor atmosphere. Consequently, a zeolite film is formed on the substrate surfacein this method for producing a separation membrane.

一种分离膜的制造方法,其为在无机氧化物多孔基材上形成了沸石膜的分离膜的制造方法,其中,所述基材的沸石形成部分的主要成分为非晶质SiO2,所述分离膜的制造方法包含:在所述基材的表面形成沸石的晶种以及含有结构导向剂的碱性成分的第一工序、和在加热水蒸气气氛下对在所述第一工序中得到的形成体进行处理的第二工序,并且在所述基材表面形成沸石膜。
