A method for sending uplink control information, a network device and a terminal. The terminal determines PUCCH channel resource configuration information of a physical layer uplink control channel, wherein the PUCCH channel resource configuration information is used to indicate the terminal sending uplink control information according to the configured PUCCH channel resources, and the PUCCH channel resource configuration information is preconfigured, or sent by a network device; the terminal sends, according to the PUCCH channel resource configuration information, through the configured PUCCHchannel resources, uplink control information; and the uplink control information comprises one or a combination of the following: downlink data response information, downlink channel state information parameters, scheduling requests, and buffer state information. By means of this method, the feedback speed of the uplink control information corresponding to the downlink data can be increased, andthe feedback speed of the uplink request resource can be increased.

一种发送上行控制信息的方法、网络设备及终端。终端确定物理层上行控制信道PUCCH信道资源配置信息,所述PUCCH信道资源配置信息用于指示所述终端依据配置后的PUCCH信道资源发送上行控制信息,所述PUCCH信道资源配置信息为预配置的,或者由网络设备发送;所述终端依据所述PUCCH信道资源配置信息,通过配置后的PUCCH信道资源发送上行控制信息;所述上行控制信息包括如下之一或者组合:下行数据应答信息、下行信道状态信息参数、调度请求和缓存状态信息。通过该方法能够提高下行数据对应的上行控制信息的反馈速度,以及提高上行请求资源的反馈速度。
