The present invention provides an elevator control system whereby unnecessary dispatching of a maintenance worker can be suppressed. An elevator control system is provided with a restoration command database (13) in which a restoration success rate and a restoration command are stored for each combination of an abnormality code and a control parameter of an elevator (1), a failure content analysisunit (14) for searching the restoration command database (13) using the combination of the abnormality code and the control parameter when an abnormality code and a control parameter are transmittedfrom the elevator (1), an operation command unit (15) for transmitting the restoration command having the highest restoration success rate from among restoration commands included in the search resultby the failure content analysis unit (14), and an operation control unit (10) for actuating the elevator (1) on the basis of the restoration command transmitted from the operation command unit (15).
