The invention relates to the technical field of optical modules, and provides a high-speed parallel bidirectional transmission optical module. The high-speed parallel bidirectional transmission optical module comprises a heat sink carrier and also comprises two receiving units used for receiving an optical signal, and two emission units used for emitting the optical signal, wherein the upper surface of the heat sink carrier is inwards sunken to form two first grooves; two first grooves are arranged in parallel; two emission units are independently arranged in two first grooves; one side of theheat sink carrier is provided with a PCB (Printed Circuit Board); and two receiving units are independently electrically connected with the PCB through two first flexible circuit boards. By use of the optical module, transmission optical fiber resources are saved, one single-mode optical fiber realizes the back and forth transmission of two paths of signals. Correspondingly, the high-speed parallel bidirectional transmission optical module segments the encapsulation of the optical module into multiple units, and each unit is assembled and positioned according to the positions of the grooves so as to be favorable for the quality and cost control of the optical encapsulation.

本发明涉及光模块技术领域,提供了一种高速并行双向传输光模块,包括热沉载体,还包括用于接收光信号的两个接收单元以及用于发射光信号的两个发射单元,所述热沉载体的上表面向内凹陷形成两个第一凹槽,两个所述第一凹槽并排设置,两个所述发射单元分别设于两个所述第一凹槽内;所述热沉载体一侧安装有PCB,两个所述接收单元分别通过两个第一柔性电路板与所述PCB电连接。本发明节省传输光纤资源,一根单模光纤中实现来回两路信号传输,对应的高速并行双向传输光模块,通过将光模块的封装分割成几个单元,再将各单元按照凹槽的位置组装定位,有利于光学封装的质量和成本控制。
