The utility model provides a winding core and a wire unfolding mechanism. The winding core comprises a base assembly, a first driving device and a telescopic rod. The base assembly is used for mounting an iron core; the first driving device is connected with the base assembly and used for driving the base assembly to rotate; the telescopic rod is connected with the base assembly and can stretch out and draw back relative to the base assembly in the extending direction of the telescopic rod. According to the winding core provided by the utility model, when the first driving device drives the base assembly to rotate, the iron core rotates along with the base assembly, so that the leading-out wire is wound on the iron core. Due to the fact that the telescopic rod can stretch out and draw backrelative to the base assembly, after the outgoing line bypasses the telescopic rod, the outgoing line can be in a straightened hanging state, and the basis of subsequent PCB automatic assembling, outgoing line automatic welding and tail line automatic breaking is provided.
