The organic light emitting diode display substrate further comprises a shading layer which is located between the organic light emitting diodes and the switching thin film transistors. The orthographic projection of the shading layer on the underlayment substrate completely covers the orthographic projections of the semiconductor regions of the switching thin film transistors on the substrate. In the invention, the shading layer at least blocks the semiconductor regions of the switching thin film transistors so that the semiconductor regions are not illuminated by the light emitted by the organic light emitting diodes.
