The invention relates to a kit storage rack preventing magnetic particle deposition. The kit storage rack comprises a bottom plate, two side plates, a rear plate and magnets, wherein the bottom plate,the side plates and the rear plate are made of non-magnetic-conductivity materials, the magnets are arranged on two opposite side faces of the two side plates correspondingly, and a three-face-enclosed space for accommodating kits is formed among the two side plates and the rear plate. According to the kit storage rack preventing magnetic particle deposition, the magnets 4 are used for attractingmagnetic particles to the upper end of a reagent bottle to prevent the magnetic particles from being gathered at the bottom of the reagent bottle, and thus the uniform shaking time of the magnetic particles can be shortened by one half or more.
