The invention provides a display panel. The display panel comprises a substrate, a first metal layer, an interlayer insulating layer and a second metal layer, wherein the first metal layer is locatedon the substrate, a grid electrode of a transistor is formed through patterning, the second metal layer is located on the side, away from the first metal layer, of the interlayer insulating layer, andan electrode plate is formed through patterning, wherein the electrode plate and the grid electrode are overlapped to form a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate of a storage capacitor;at least one polar plate of the storage capacitor is provided with a charging element, and the charging element is used for charging the storage capacitor; a charging element is arranged on at leastone polar plate of a storage capacitor; when the storage capacitor discharges, the charging element charges the storage capacitor, so that the charge of the storage capacitor tends to be stable or iskept stable, that is, the voltage provided by the storage capacitor to the driving transistor is ensured to be constant, the light emitting brightness of the pixel is not distorted, and the technicalproblem that an existing pixel circuit has defects is solved.
