Abstract
(EN) The invention belongs to the field of construction, and particularly relates to a prefabricated self-resetting joint. The prefabricated self-resetting joint comprises a supporting column, beams, a prestressing steel bar, two universal wheels, a bracket, rubber gaskets and angle steel; the bracket is arranged at the middle end of the supporting column, two steel grooves are formed in the top of thebracket, the two universal wheels are movably connected to the bottoms of the beams, the bottoms of the two universal wheels are correspondingly and movably arranged in the two steel grooves, and therubber gaskets are fixedly connected to the peripheries of the universal wheels between the bottoms of the beams and the top of the bracket; the center of the beams and the center of the supporting column are connected with the prestressing steel bar in a penetrating mode; the positions between the end parts of the sides of the beams and the side wall of the supporting column are filled with magnesium phosphate cement mortar mixed with carbon fibers, and the tops of the beams are fixedly connected with the supporting column through the angle steel; and the angle steel and the prestressing steel bar are prepared from shape memory alloy materials. The prefabricated self-resetting joint can effectively solve the problem that the seismic performance of beam-column joints and the convenience of construction in the prior art are not well realized.
(ZH) 本发明属于建筑领域,尤其涉及一种装配式自复位节点,包括支撑柱、梁、预应力钢筋、万向轮、牛腿、橡胶垫片和角钢;支撑柱的中端设置有牛腿,牛腿的顶部开设有两个钢制凹槽,梁的底部活动连接有两个万向轮,两个万向轮的底部分别活动设置于两个钢制凹槽内,橡胶垫片固定连接于梁的底部和牛腿的顶部之间的万向轮外围;梁的中央和支撑柱的中央贯通连接一预应力钢筋;梁的侧边端部与支撑柱的侧壁之间填充有掺有碳纤维的磷酸镁水泥砂浆,梁的顶部与支撑柱之间通过角钢固定连接;角钢和预应力钢筋均为形状记忆合金材质制作。本发明能有效解决现有技术中梁柱节点的抗震性能和其施工的便捷性不被良好兼顾的问题。
