The embodiment of the invention discloses an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display. The OLED display includes a substrate; a light-emitting layer formed on the substrate; and a packaging layer covering the light-emitting layer. The surface of the packaging layer is provided with a signal wire and a binding terminal, a bending extension area is arranged at the at least one side of the substrate, the bending extension area is bent to the surface of the packaging layer and allows the corresponding substrate connection end to be electrically connected with the packaging layer connection end,and the packaging layer connection end and the at least one substrate connection end are connected with the binding terminal through the signal wire to transmit display signals. The signal trace andthe binding terminal are arranged on the surface of the external portion of the packaging layer in the embodiment of the invention so that the OLED display has an enough surface space, a low-resistance wiring is arranged, the bending extension area is arranged at the at least one side of the substrate to transmit the display signals nearby so as to reduce the attenuation, delay and unevenness of the transmission signals and facilitate narrow frame of the display.

本发明实施例公开了一种OLED显示器。该OLED显示器包括基底;形成在基底上的发光层;以及覆盖于发光层上的封装层;在封装层表面设置信号走线和绑定端子,在基底至少一边上设置弯折延伸区域,该弯折延伸区域弯折至封装层表面并使对应的基底连接端与封装层连接端电性连接,封装层连接端和基底连接端通过所述信号走线与绑定端子连接以传输显示信号。本发明实施例中将信号走线和绑定端子设置在封装层外部表面,使得OLED显示器具有的足够的表面空间,可以设置低电阻走线,同时通过在基底至少一边上设置弯折延伸区域就近传输显示信号,减小了传输信号的衰减、延迟和不均,并有利于显示器窄边框化。
