The invention provides an ultrasonic phased array detection system and method based on raw data. After an ultrasonic echo signal from a to-be-measured object is received, analog-to-digital conversionprocessing and beam synthesis processing are carried out on the ultrasonic echo signal directly and then raw data information is generated; and imaging processing is carried out directly on the raw data information and the raw data information is stored directly for application to source data for subsequent analysis and calculation. According to the invention, since no downsampling processing is carried out in the process of processing the ultrasonic echo signal from the to-be-measured object, the original ultrasonic echo signal data are kept directly and thus imaging and storage are carried out, so that the resolution and definition of the obtained image by the ultrasonic imaging can be improved to the greatest extent and thus the accuracy of ultrasound phased array detection is enhanced.

本发明提供了一种基于原始数据的超声相控阵检测系统和方法是在接收到来自被测物体的超声回波信号后,对该超声回波信号直接进行模数转换处理和波束合成处理后生成一原始数据信息,并基于该原始数据信息直接进行成像处理以及将该原始数据信息直接进行保存以用于后续分析计算的源数据;可见,该超声相控阵检测系统和方法在对来自被测物体的超声回波信号进行处理的过程中并没有进行降采样处理,其直接保留原始的超声回波信号数据并以此进行成像和存储操作,这样能够最大限度地提高超声成像所得图像的分辨率和清晰度,从而改善超声相控阵检测的准确性。
