The invention discloses a plant root system three-dimensional configuration measurement method based on center line extraction. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring plant root system fault sequence image data; Preprocessing the image data of the plant root fault sequence, filtering and expanding the three-dimensional space, and reconstructing a three-dimensional surface network model; Performing iterative contraction on the three-dimensional surface network model to obtain a root system center line; Processing the central line of the root system, centralizing the central line, constructing a branch topological relation, and smoothing the branch topological relation to obtain a smooth central line of the root system; Calculating root system parameters through the smooth rootsystem center line to obtain root system three-dimensional configuration parameters. The plant root system three-dimensional configuration parameters are obtained through center line extraction, a newmethod is provided for plant root system configuration detection, and the method has important practical significance in plant root system research, crop improvement and crop yield increase.

本发明公开了一种基于中心线提取的植物根系三维构型测量方法,包含以下步骤:获取植物根系断层序列图像数据;对植物根系断层序列图像数据进行预处理,然后进行三维空间的滤波和膨胀处理,再重建为三维表面网络模型;对三维表面网络模型进行迭代收缩,得到根系中心线;对根系中心线进行处理,采取中心化处理中心线,再构建分支拓扑关系并进行平滑处理,得到平滑的根系中心线;通过平滑的根系中心线对根系参数进行计算,得到根系三维构型参数;本发明采用中心线提取得到植物根系三维构型参数,为植物根系构型检测提供了新的方法,对于植物根系的研究以及对农作物的改良、提高农作物产量具有重要的现实意义。
