The invention relates to a porous gas producing agent molding pressing product and a preparation process thereof. The porous gas producing agent molding pressing product is a cylindrical body, and isa cylindrical body provided with a plurality of holes at inside in the height direction; the ratio range of the height of the cylindrical body to the maximum dimension of the cross section is 0.3 to 1.8; the ratio range of the total area of the porous cross section of the cylindrical body to the total area of the cross section of the cylindrical body is 0.03 to 0.15. In the combustion process of the pressed porous gas producing agent, the equal surface combustion or the increased surface combustion can be realized, or multi-section different-condition combustion can be realized; the goal of regulating the P-t performance of the gas generator is realized, so that the material cost of the gas generator and the mass of the generator can be reduced. The porous gas producing agent molding pressing product is mainly used for automobile airbag gas generator. The pressing shaping process is used; the goal of preparing the small-size porous gas producing agents in a pressing shaping mode is achieved for the first time, so that the preparation process is simple and efficient; the operation and control are easy.

本发明涉及多孔产气剂模压制品及其制备工艺,该多孔产气剂模压制品为柱状体其为内部沿高度方向设置多个孔的柱状体,其中,所述柱状体的高度与横截面的最大尺寸的比值范围为0.3~1.8;和所述的柱状体多孔的横截面总面积与柱状体的横截面总面积的比值范围为0.03~0.15。该压制型多孔产气剂的燃烧过程能够实现等面燃烧或增面燃烧,或多段不同状况的燃烧,实现依照需求调节气体发生器的P‑t性能,从而可以降低气体发生器的材料成本以及发生器的质量;该压制型多孔产气剂主要用于汽车安全气囊气体发生器;本发明采用压制成型工艺,首次实现了压制成型的方式制备小型多孔产气剂,使得制备工艺简单、高效、易于操作与控制。
