The invention discloses a gradual combustion type fire row burner. The gradual combustion type fire row burner comprises a base and a fire piece arranged on the base, wherein a fuel gas channel is arranged in the fire piece; fire holes communicating with the fuel gas channel are formed in a top plate of the fire piece; guide parts inclined upwards from the inner side to the outer side are arrangedon the left part and the right part of the top plate; the fire holes are formed in the guide parts; and the fire holes extend laterally to a side plate of the fire piece to form gradual combustion hole. According to the gradual combustion type fire row burner, mixed gas of fuel gas and air can form oblique upward airflow through the guide parts, arc flame can be formed after the mixed gas is ignited, airflow vortex can be naturally formed on the outer side of the arc flame, a small amount of uncooled high-temperature waste gas can be sent back to the flame under the action of the airflow vortex for re-combustion to form high-temperature microcirculation, it is an efficient application for effectively reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide by utilizing a gradual combustion technology, and the high-temperature microcirculation has the advantage of no heat loss.

本发明公开了一种冉燃式火排燃烧器,包括底座和设置在底座上的火片,所述火片的内部具有燃气通道,火片的顶板上设置有与所述燃气通道相连通的火孔,所述顶板的左部和右部均具有自内侧向外侧朝上倾斜的导引部,所述的火孔设置在所述的导引部上,所述的火孔侧向延伸至火片的侧板上而形成冉燃孔。本发明中,燃气与空气的混合气体能够经由导引部形成斜向上的气流,点燃后能够形成弧形火焰,弧形火焰的外侧能够自然形成气流旋涡,在气流漩涡的作用下能够将少量未经冷却的高温废气送回到火焰中进行再燃烧,形成高温微循环,这是利用冉然技术有效减少氮氧化物和一氧化碳排放量的高效应用,高温微循环的优点是没有热能损失。
