The invention discloses targeting polypeptide for treating osteosarcoma and application thereof. An amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is shown as SEQ ID NO.1 or SEQ ID NO.2; an in-vitro experiment result shows that the polypeptide has the capability of antagonizing the ability of RAB22A-NeoF1 to promote osteosarcoma cell adhesion, migration and invasion; an in-vivo experiment result shows that the polypeptide has the capability of antagonizing the ability of the RAB22A-NeoF1 to promote the osteosarcoma cell transfer; the polypeptide provided by the invention has a relatively great application prospect in a process for preparing osteosarcoma treatment medicines.

本发明公开了一种用于治疗骨肉瘤的靶向多肽及其应用;所述多肽的氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1或SEQ ID NO.2所示;体外实验结果显示,所述多肽能够拮抗RAB22A‑NeoF1促进骨肉瘤细胞黏附、迁移以及侵袭的能力;体内实验结果显示,所述多肽能够拮抗RAB22A‑NeoF1促进骨肉瘤细胞转移的能力,表明本发明的多肽在制备骨肉瘤治疗药物中具有较大的应用前景。
