The invention relates to a machine room air conditioner heat recovery system. The system comprises a compressor unit, a first condenser, a throttling device and an evaporator; the compressor unit andthe first condenser are connected through a heat recovery loop and a first bypass loop which are arranged in parallel, the heat recovery loop is provided with a second condenser, the second condenseris fixedly arranged on the air inlet side of a household or commercial air conditioner outdoor unit heat exchanger, the heat recovery loop and the first bypass loop are provided with a control valve used for switching the heat recovery loop or the first bypass loop, and therefore a machine room air conditioner is started or retreated out of the heat recovery mode. Heat released by the second condenser is used for preheating inlet air of the household or commercial outdoor unit heat exchanger during heating, the evaporation temperature of the outdoor unit heat exchanger is improved, and the low-temperature heating capacity and the heating energy efficiency ratio of the household or commercial air conditioner can be improved. The invention further provides a control method of the machine room air conditioner heat recovery system. The automatic control over the machine room air conditioner heat recovery system is achieved.

本发明涉及一种机房空调热回收系统,其包括压缩机单元、第一冷凝器、节流装置以及蒸发器,压缩机单元和第一冷凝器之间通过并联设置的热回收回路和第一旁通回路连接;热回收回路上设有第二冷凝器,第二冷凝器固定设置在家用或商用空调室外机换热器的进风侧;热回收回路和第一旁通回路上设有用于切换热回收回路或第一旁通回路的控制阀,以使机房空调启动或退出热回收模式。本发明利用第二冷凝器释放的热量对家用或商用空调制热时的室外机换热器的进风做预热,提高室外机换热器的蒸发温度,从而提高家用或商用空调低温制热的能力和制热能效比。本发明还提供一种机房空调热回收系统的控制方法,实现机房空调热回收系统的自动控制。
